Means 'only after doing ~'. Emphasizes that the following result was ONLY possible after the first action. Implies it was impossible before.

이기다 (기 = no batchim) → 이기 + ㄹ 터이다 → 이길 터이다
합격하다 → 합격할 터이다 (pass → will surely pass)
마치다 → 마칠 터이다 (finish → will surely finish)
책임지다 → 책임질 터이다 (take responsibility → will surely take responsibility)
